Robert E Wood was born in Bay Area and attended the University of California Berkeley, and attended San Francisco Law School. Mr. Wood has been in the workers’ compensation field since 1985. The Law Office of Robert E Wood was formed and began servicing injured workers and disabled persons in the area of workers’ compensation law in 1997. We are located in Oakland, easily accessible from I-880, near Hegenberger Road.

Our mission is to provide competent and effective legal services for those persons involved in both State and Federal workers’ compensation matters as well as in the area of Social Security disability. While our practice primarily services the Greater Bay Area, including but not limited to San Jose, the Peninsula, Oakland, Hayward/Fremont, San Francisco, Santa Rosa, Richmond/Berkeley, Vallejo/Vacaville, Sacramento, and Modesto we also have clients who reside in Southern California and outside of the state.
